It does not work

"well did it work?" naruto asked
"i'm not sure" kami muttered
"so much for working jutsus" naruto scoffed
"naruto did you do exactly to what you saw?" kami asked
"of course i did"naruto said "but wait it also says to make them obey my commands i need to mark them" he added "what does that even mean?"
"naruto-kun bite my collar bone and push chakra into the bite, trust me" kami said
Naruto was hesistant at first but did as told and felt his chakra increase massively and saw kami's eyes were glazed over
