Revenge Necklace

The revenge necklace is an item of power made by a god of perversion and mischief. When worn, the user will feel the need to shout something mean, often sexual in nature, at someone around them. The catch is that whatever said then becomes reality, although the necklace is known to twist words and meanings. The necklace can, and often does change users, most often by appearing on the neck of the victim of the previous user, although not always. Only the user, victim, and anyone else who has worn the necklace will notice the changes. Once the necklace is no longer worn, the previous user will go back to their normal demeanor, albeit permanently changed.
