Cursed to Randomly Swap: our character is cursed such that, whenever they touch someone, they randomly swap something with them, and the parts and scope of the swap do not have to match. Ex: swap head for lower half of body, or eye swapped for an arm. Only the cursed notices this is not normal, but people swapped know they have been swapped and may react appropriately, although not violently. Any number of swaps can occur, but the cursed person will never go back to their original form and may end up monstrously changed if they aren't careful.
Genital Heads: Our character is cursed or transformed into a form which places their genitals upon their face. Their eyes swap with their chest (i.e. nipples), nose with their anus, and mouth with their genitals. Their head then detaches, but retains all feeling and function. Further transformation may occur, or they may spread their curse. Reality alteration is up to the writer.
