"What do you want?" Sabrina asks. Raina reaches into her bag and pulls out a book, passing it to Sabrina.
"I just wanted to return this, you let me borrow it last week." She sheepishly retracts her hand back to her side. You hoped that maybe she would go through with the plan. "I'm sorry it's so late, I forgot." She chuckled to defuse any tension. Sabrina wasn't having it.
"I asked you to return this the next day, this is about 6 days late." Her tone was malicious, she had something planned. Raina could feel this.
"I... I know. I'm really sorry. You know I forget things." Her body matched just how small and powerless she was. Sabrina just laughed at how pathetic Raina's attempts at playing this off were.
"I do know. But you don't have to worry about that now." Sabrina muttered a few small words, ones that set freight in Raina. You had no clue what was about to happen, you still had hope. Raina tried to run, but she didn't get far. In the end, all that was left in her place was a single stick of gum, spearmint flavour. Sabrina went and picked it up.
You didn't give up hope. Raina knew how transformation spells worked, so she must know the counter-charm to break free. But that hope diminished as Sabrina said, "And don't worry about changing back, I made sure you can't." She pulled of the wrapper and threw what was once Raina in her mouth. "You seem to be pretty good at forgetting. Forget you were ever human for me." Then she started chewing.
You couldn't do anything. You couldn't change back, and the only person who knew you were human forgot you and became a stick of gum forever anyway. You couldn't become human again.
...
Raina was soon discarded under the table within town, just another piece of discarded gum left by some random person. She was scrapped off and left in the garbage. As the gum solidified, she felt her conciousness slip away. "Is this what it is like to die?" She wondered. But she didn't have much time to as the gum solidified fully, killing her conciousness and dooming her soul to be forever stuck in a solid piece of gum. Discarded.
You on the other hand would be stuck as a bra. With no one knowing where you went, or what you were, it was written off as a missing persons case. The school didn't mind, a few disappearances really encouraged the students to learn after all. You wouldn't exist for long however.
Sabrina went on to become a notorious bully within the school, making herself a target for many people who managed to turn back from her evil tricks. Eventually, the students she harmed caught up to her and all combined their power to cast the ultimate spell. The spell to turn her to nothing. To make her not exist. Unfortunately, her clothing went with her.
Who knows what happened to you then...
