Chapter #6A New Sister? by: Jeary   Dad had came in the room. As he came in the room you could easily tell from his scowling face that he was quite upset with Tex. you have seen your father upset like this before only once. Either way there is one thing you knew and that is that you never want to get on your dad's bad side. " Tex, You are in a lot of trouble young man!" Dad said.
" What for?" Tex said trying to play innocent.
" Don't play dumb with me! I know exactly what you did, attempting to mess with my safety measures around the house, claiming your brother's lab as your own. Then going out of your way to have Jessica learn of the family secret two weeks before she was supposed to. Does that clear things up a bit for you or are going to deny it, own up to your mess Tex!" Dad told Tex with a cold and stern look at his face. It was then he produced a vial and poured it on to me and Tex, causing us to finally separate.
" Thanks Dad." you said.
" Big deal I could of done that, And I don't think you need to be so harsh. I mean there isn't any harm in what I have done right?" Tex asked. You still couldn't believe that despite what dad said, he didn't seem to mind the fact that your brother was going to use you as a guinea pig for his experiment, yet he seemed more upset by the fact he was trying to mess with dad's security measures than anything else.
" You're welcome Jessica, trust me when I say that we do not mean to harm you, but as you have already figured out b your brothers actions we are a family of mad scientist however only boys have t his power. As for the girls in a mad scientist family, well I will talk to you about that when the time comes. Right now it hasn't and I have to punish Tex for his actions. Normally I wouldn't interfere in this type of prank and et you two solve it on your own. However Tex had attempted to mess with my security measures, which of course could endanger everyone. Therefor he will be punished for that." Your dad explained. You weren't exactly sure of why he was upset more over these security measures than the prank, however you quickly figured out that these security measures must be related to the mad science that James, dad and your Tex have talked about.
Your father then begins to show his flame and concentrate an event specifically towards Tex. Which as you see quickly then turns your twin brother to your twin sister. Your were amused with this, since this started with your brother wanting to change you, but ended up being changed by his own father. Tex however didn't exactly appreciate it.
" You've turned me into a girl?! How could you do this! I didn't do anything serious. Turn me back." Your brother now sister demanded.
" No, This is your punishment Theresa! You will remain a girl for the next six months! You broke my rules and endangered your own family by your actions. Therefore you are not capable or responsible enough to handle your power yet. I hope this time you will learn the lesson. Just to remind you, this is a locked event it wont reverse until your time is served, or I unlock it." Dad said.
It wasn't long after that when Dad left and went towards his study. At this moment you could have had made fun of your brother for having been turned into a girl. However you decided a different idea. You quickly had a thought that it would be better to show your new sister that being a girl can be fun even if he can't use his science powers for six months.
" I will see you later sis, I got my own experiments to get to, But here's a souvenir one day you will enjoy looking at this picture." James said as he walked away towards his room. You look at the picture and saw that it was the picture he took of you and Tex being stuck together. It was an odd gift which you weren't exactly sure how to deal with it. Still you decide to keep it, as you didn't want anyone to see you in such an embarrassing situation again.
" Tex, err I mean Theresa I'm sure you'll get used to it." You said unsure of what to say in a situation like this.
" I'm a man and a guy I can't be a girl! Sis you've got to help me change dad's mind!" Theresa said, now she wanted your help but you knew that your dad wasn't going to change his mind from the look he gave your sister earlier.
" You know dad doesn't easily change his mind easily and I doubt he would be even willing to. you're just going to have to live with being Theresa for now." You said.
"Stop calling me Theresa." She yelled.
" It is what dad called you and your going to have to get used to it. After all from what dad said your going to be a girl for awhile."
" I don't like being a girl, I want to be a guy again." She said.
" Consider this an experience you get to learn the life of being a girl, and trust me being a girl isn't so bad. Consider it a learning experience." You said.
" I don't want to learn, I want to be a guy again." Your new sister Theresa was set on being a guy again and it looked like that would have been a dangerous path to follow, however you were still going to show her that being a girl isn't so bad. Of course you haven't decided exactly how yet.
