Hank looked you over and smiled at your tattered looking pants, stained shirt and battered looking shoes and he could tell you were in a bad way as he gestured for you to follow him.
"I......i just thought maybe life as someone's pet would be better you know, i just lost me job and my house, I really have nothing worth living for". you sighed as Hank smiled a little, he loved finding broken people to make into his new animals so he could make a tidy profit. "Well I can certainly help you out, but the main question is...........are you sure you want to do this?"
A fifth of Hank's customers came in and wanted to become animals, so he was very used to dealing with these sorts of people.You had become a real failure and this seemed like the best course of action as Hank took you into his office and handed you an IPad device and smiled as the texts appeared for you to sign.
"Here, you will need to sign these documents. This is the agreement that you are voluntarily waiving the entitlements set forth in all human rights law in all relevant jurisdictions". Your heart raced as you dragged the stylus over the signing area, signing your name to it.
"This is the agreement that your new owners will not be told that you are human, except that as with all sales, they be informed that there is some probability of that being the case". As you signed these agreements, it began to dawn on you that this could easily be the last time you use your human name.
'And lastly, this is to ensure you understand that your decision is equivalent to legal death and your estate will be dispensed with according to your last will and testament, if you have created one." That made you blush, you had created a will,but with everything falling apart, you did not have much left to your name and you found yourself signing it.
"Excellent, now, what animal would you like to become?"
