"Then you have come to the right place, we have a wide selection and well, lets just say that our pets have a lot longer shelf life than others". Hank mused with a grin as he leads you around from the service desk and begins to show you around the pet store itself.
Your eyes grew wide as you could see the fish tanks with plenty of fish in them, but the fish looked funny and they were actively watching you as you walked past. They followed you through the water, looking almost sad as you went past their tanks.
"As I am sure you are aware, many of our animals have lived good healthy lives so there is no need to worry, they are very healthy". Hank smiled before moving his hand and flicking the tank as the fish swam away, scared, making him chuckle.
"Um, I had heard that this place um, makes people into animals if they want it?' You sounded a little nervous, having only heard rumours and wasn't sure if they were true. Hank simply nodded "Well, I normally don't tell my customers if their new pet was human, some prefer not to know, the real kick is when they come to buy mice for snake food'. Hank grinned and you found yourself grinning too.
He led you past the kittens and puppies, all looking very excited to meet you.The reptiles looked more relaxed and casual, but they still looked at you wanting you to take the time to look at and possibly buy them.
