Chihiro knew that agreeing to Miyuki's ultimatum was a bad idea, but what choice did she have? There was no way she'd risk Miyuki following through on her promise; having her panties put on display to the entire school was too dreadful to consider. As much as Chihiro hated to admit it, she was at the mercy of Miyuki's whims.
"Okay, deal." Chihiro whispered. "Wh-what do you want?"
"Well, for starters, go ahead and step out of these." Miyuki said, pulling at Chihiro's ankles to lift her feet and pull her panties free. Once the garment was freed of Chihiro's legs, Miyuki folded the panties up and stored them in her handbag.
"B-b-but I agreed! You said-"
"I just said I wouldn't run these up the flagpole." Miyuki said, cutting off Chihiro's protest. "I never said I'd give them back. Besides, these are my insurance; you don't keep your word, our deal is off and your panties go public."
Looking down in embarrassment, Chihiro stepped down from the stepladder. Unable to look her tormentor in the eye, Chihiro settled with fiddling with her hands and trying to ignore the drafty feeling under her skirt. Chihiro had never gone pantiless before, especially not in her school uniform! Knowing that a strong enough breeze or a perverted hand could reveal her most private areas had Chihiro's heart racing. Trying to put such scary thoughts out of her mind, Chihiro focused on Miyuki's words. Pacing back and forth before her, Chihiro's tormentor laid out her instructions.
"Okay, here's the deal, Fushimi. It's simple, really. After school ends, you're going to meet me at Paulownia Mall. I've got some ideas for some fun things we can do there. Now, until then, be careful, okay? I wouldn't want you to accidentally flash anybody, what with you being commando and all." Miyuki explained, a dark smile on her face the whole time.
Simply nodding her head, unable to muster a verbal response, Chihiro was blissfully left alone. This reprieve was not long, however, as the lunch hour was soon ending. Chihiro would have to go through the remainder of her school day like this, and then it would be off to the mall for whatever Miyuki had planned for her. Chihiro hoped that school at least wouldn't be too bad.
