Until her shift was over

For the rest of her shift, Maddie ate candy bar after candy bar. The strange thing was that she didn't feel full at all. The only thoughts that came to her head were "Mmm..." and "More!" With every candy bar she ate, Maddie slowly gained weight. Her normally flat stomach bulged slightly outward from all of the candy she was eating.
When her shift had come to an end, Maddie snapped out of her eating trance.
"Wow, those candy bars were delicious." Maddie said to herself. Even though she had to leave, Maddie took all of the candy from the desk and brought it with her, oblivious to her rounder stomach, and the messy chocolate around her lips and on her fingers. (Another side effect of the sweets caused extreme lack of self awareness, causing her to be lazier and care free.)
When she reached her room, Maddie layed down on her bed, turned on the TV and began to relax. While she was watching tv, Maddie snacked on the candy bars she brought with her.
Her cycle of mindlessly gorging on candy bars continued for...
