There were multiple versions of Doc Oct, but I feel we can get three really good variations, choose the option below.

Regular Male version-four robotic arms, tries to do good.

2099-Female, six arms, indefinably evil, can be the creator of 2099 versions of other villains.

just for kicks and skittles, a mutated doc oct, he actually has octopus/squid tentacles, reasons can be expanded in this option.
