You can't think of any reason to not just mess with each of them. More suffering is more fun, after all! Still then, that left the matter of just how to mess with the two siblings. One easy way would be to give one of them some kind of horrible change that affected both of them. For instance, give Vanessa an ass that absorbed living things on contact. Jason would get devoured and his sister would have to deal with the consequences.
On the flip side, it would have been easy as well to buff up Jason, giving him large muscles and a larger dick to counter-act his sister's bullying. Add a bit of psychological manipulation in the mix and it wouldn't be long before Jason was forcing himself on her bubbly-little behind. Not as creative as the first, but rape was always a classic.
Finally, you considered just shrinking them. Also not too creative, but watching their struggles to survive would be fairly entertaining.
