As he is magically transform into a baby his tummy started to grumble telling him that it was time to release. He poops his diaper at max capacity and started to cry. Wanda comes in and wondered where the crying was coming from where the smell hit her nose she went to see if it was poof, then she even check Cosmo and found out it wasn't him either then she look at the baby Timmy drooling she changed Timmy and ask Cosmo what was going on? and why was Timmy a baby? He told Wanda that Timmy asked him what it was liked to where diapers I told him and Timmy wished he was a baby so I granted the wish
