Ask to try it yourself

"Can I have a go?" you ask, still not sure you believe her.

"Um." she says. "Okay. We need a photo of you."

"I was in the photo you used." you remind her.

"Oh yeah." she says. "Um. You need and anchor."

"Something that was at your party" you suggest. "I want to make sure I can get back."

"You'd only have to wait a week if you can't." she points out. "But you're right."

She leads you out to the living room and the two of you look around for something convenient.

"How about the TV remote." you suggest, picking it up from the coffee table.

"That'll do." she says. "Okay, let's go."

She leads you back to the lab. "Sit down." she's already typing on the keyboard. "And make sure you're holding the Anchor."

You sit on the chair, clutching the remote tightly. The photo appears on the monitor and she asks. "Ready?"

"Um." you say. "Yeah. I guess."

"Here we go." she hits the enter key.

Suddenly you are back at the party, standing with your arm around Felicity.

"Did it work?" Felicity says, just like last time. "Yes. I think it worked."

You have the following choices:

1. Tell her that it did work

2. Just watch and wait for her to touch the earrings
