"Calm down Twilight, sure your taller but you'e not gigantic or anything."
Twilight took several deep breaths, trying to force herself to calm down. Her breathing slowed though was still quicker than normal.
"You're right. Though this definetly isn't a normal growth spurt but I shouldn't make more of this as it is. Unless this gets out of control and-"
SPike could see her starring off into the distance and knew she was thinking the worse.
"Focus Twilight!"
Twilihgt shook her head, trying to shake the thoughts away.
"Right. Lets see did I cast some kind of spell? Was I exposed to some kind of magical effect I don't know?"
"Maybe you should just see a doctor?"
"I don't think this is a standard medical disease. Hmm maybe gigantism? But gigantism doesn't work at this rate..... Spike take a letter to Celestia!""
"Ok!"
Twilight quickly dictated a letter and Spike sent it off. They waited a few seconds, though Twilight panicked as she noticed the room dwindling before her and her head drawing closer to the ceiling.
"Gah! I'm still growing! Celestia would normally apply immediately!"
"Maybe shes in a meeting or something? Or maybe she's looking it up?"
"I can't wait! Come on Spike! We're going to the Doctor!"
She attempted to lift Spike onto her back but applied a bit too much force and sent him flying
"Wahhh!"
Twilight used her magic to catch him in mid air and levitated him down.
"Hey! Be careful!"
"Sorry! I'm not used to this!"
She teleported out the library and galloped for the doctor's surgery.
