Keep her in there and make her go in her pants

"Well, if you're not going to be good, than I'm keeping you locked in there." You said.
Kelsey moaned.
"You can't do this to me! Let me out right now!" She cried.
You smiled.
"Nah." You said.
You went to your room to play some video games and left your little sister locked in the coat closet. You popped in a shooting game and started blasting some aliens with futuristic weapons. You enjoyed it for several hours.

After a while you were finished gaming and went to go check on Kelsey. you could hear her in the coat closet whimpering softly. The scent of human waste emanated from behind the closet's wooden door.
"Hey Kelsey. How's it going in there?" You said.
Kelsey softly whimpered.
"You jerk... I... I pooped..." She said.
"You want to come out so you can get cleaned up?" You said.
"...Yeah." Kelsey whimpered.
"You gonna behave? That means no hitting me, no tantrums, no yelling." You said.
Kelsey paused for a moment.
"...Yeah." She whimpered.
You smiled.
"Good girl." You said.
You opened the coat closet and found your little sister there, sad and defeated on the floor, curled up in a little ball. There was a lump in the back of her pants that smelled like poop. It was also obvious she had wet herself too, unable to hold it in all day. You extended your hand to helped Kelsey to her feet and led her to the bathroom. You pulled down her pants, exposing her shit-stained and urine-soaked nether-regions. You also pulled off her shirt, leaving little Kelsey totally naked.

What do you do now?
