How about the beautiful Quarian Tali Zorah vas Normandy?

Option 1: Tali is sent an experimental formula by the flotilla, an attempt at healing their essentially nuked immune systems, freeing them from their suits. The experiment works but also has the side effect of shrinking, the subject (in this case Tali) to 6 inches tall (obviously sans clothing/suit)
