Shepard got a message from one of his crew members to help him with a project if he could. Being the leader he is, Shepard goes to the lab to see what it was the crew member wants help with. However, upon entering the lab, he sees that no one is there.
"Hello, ___ are you here?" Shepard calls out to the member to see if she is here or not. With no reply, Shepard decides to look around a bit. He notices a strange gun that isn't military standard, in fact, it looks like something that he would normally see in testing facilities. Wanting to take a closer look, Shepard grabs the gun and examines it. Unfortunately, Shepard did not notice that the gun has a security system and began to glow. Not able to react in time, a bright light consumes Shepard. When Shepard gains his vison, he notices that he seems to be on a strange metal plain. However, he quickly realizes of just what happens to him when a saw a bolt the size of the Citadel standing in front of him. Shepard shrunk to a minuscule size, and it was going to be worse. Shepard notices an earthquake, shortly follow by another one, Shepard realize that these aren't earthquake, they were foot steps.
