Maybe before Naruto gets the chance to do anything, Hinata uses the Hypnosis Jutsu on him, since he didn't make her forget him using it, the handsigns, or what he ordered. She has no issues with him having a harem so long as she is above the other girls in the pecking order, able to order them around as well. She learns that he loves her back but that he doesn't realize it due to not knowing what love really is. After making him aware that his feelings are love, she makes him more open to acting on sexual desires with her, and make him remove her trigger and never try to change her from being her new, confident self (she doesn't leave a trigger for him).
