Finally, my eyes adjusted to the light and I was able to see that the feminine voice belonged to a young woman who smiled kindly at me. All I could do was stare in disbelief as she was a literal giantess, making me feel like a true infant by comparison. "You were the only person I found inside what was left of your ship." wincing, she said. "I fear, your mommy and daddy are gone."
I tried to respond, tell her that I was not a baby and that I was alone in the ship but, again, only mumbles came through the gag like pacifier. The woman sighed and began to stroke my longish hair. "Do not worry, little one." smiling, she cooed. "I will be your mommy now."
Panic flashed in my eyes as I shook my head, desperately trying to shake the pacifier out of my mouth so to speak. Fortunately, the pacifier did fall out and I took a breath to speak. "Sorry, miss. I'm not a baby, I'm a grown man."
Only, to my horror, the woman looked at me as if I was talking complete gibberish. "Oh, how sweet." smiling, she said. "My baby is trying to talk."
"Great, just great!" annoyed, I thought. "She doesn't understand a single word I'm saying!"
It was a brilliant idea on the scientists' part to put a universal translator module inside my ears so I could understand alien language but they did not think to instal a module somewhere so I could communicate with alien lifeforms. They instead made a device that translates my voice into alien languages, not thinking it could be damaged or destroyed in an accident. Now I was stranded on an alien ship with a giantess who seems to want to adopt me as her baby.
"How could this day get any worse?" sighing, I thought. then I saw the woman hold up a small baby outfit for me to see. "I just had to ask...."
