A member of the royal family

Currently, the Velusian cluster is run by a semi-constitutional monarchy, which means the head of state is a monarch with many executive powers but is still limited by the law. Currently, the royal family is House Velus, from which the Velusian cluster gets its name. Members of the family enjoy many luxuries and privileges over the lower classes and, aside from committing crimes, can do pretty much anything they want.

Right now, the current ruler is Empress Victoriana II of Velus, currently 193 years old yet, thanks to government technology and medicine, looks no older than her mid 20s. Her husband is Emperor-Consort Cecil of Urvos Prime, who is only 152 years old but actually looks a little older than Victoriana. The heir apparent is Princess Eliza of New Canterbury, 127 years old but still looks as young as her mother. As is tradition, she is also the duchess of the planet New Canterberry, as all heir apparents are. She is married to Princess-consort Bethany, who is 99 years old and was born a commoner. And finally is Eliza's grandson, William. He is currently unmarried and has no titles. He is only 23 years old. His father and older siblings were originally ahead of him in line, but because of a terrorist attack, all of them were either killed or rendered unfit to rule. As a result, he is third in line and set to inherit the throne after his mother, which has caused a lot of controversy because of his inexperience and his strange sexual interests, which even by Velusian interests are quite deviant.

So anyway, which one of these people will the story follow?
