"You don't know what you're getting yourself into, Arceus is not someone you can simply defeat" Lugia shouted back to his captor
"I am well aware of what happened to you, you've warned me countless times about how Arceus gave you exactly what you wanted..." the voice sighed.
"As some form of ironic punishment for your greed and gluttony, back then you desired a feast of everything and thats what he gave you, he fed you pure creation, and you greedily guzzled it down, growing, expanding and feasting, with each millisecond you would expand trillions of times your already ridiculous size, but after countless millennia of such glory and feasting you got tired, you got bored, it didn't please you anymore, yet Arceus showed you no mercy, this was your wish, and he had no intention of stopping, and you were given no rest... But after a while Arceus got bored of you constantly begging him for forgiveness, and he made you make the same promise that Floatzel, and Luxray and the other Pokemon who were caught up in their greed, and even then he was nice enough to allow you to remain rather... fat."
"And I intend to keep that promise, I will not let my gluttony get the better of me" Lugia growled back
"Sadly you have no say in the matter, you see my body, even if we are separate from one another is connected to yours, If you grow, I grow, and if I grow, so to do you. But we are connected further than that. For you see, I can tell that you regret giving up such a life, you want to let it all go, you want to devour everything, and never stop."
"You're wrong, no matter how much you tempt me I will not give in" Lugia snapped back
"As I said, you really have no say in the matter, your body will return to its former glory in due time, as my body will also achieve such glory, of course I would like you to just give into your true desires, to speed up the process"
"Like I would!" Lugia grunted back
"Well I know you will give in to your greedy ways soon enough, after all I am a connected to you, and I can tell that deep down this is what you crave"
"You're nothing but a mere shadow of me!" Lugia shouted
"Exactly, I am a Shadow Lugia"
