Feeling up your bloated stomach, you lay back against the walls of a dark alleyway, enjoying your struggling, squirmy meal. You just swallowed a notorious drug dealer after getting a couple drinks, meeting him in the alleyway after. Thankfully, you had planned this all along: you got the supplies and didn't pay a cent for them. As is indicated by the activity in your belly, however, he does not seem to approve. His struggles do little to improve his overall situation, however, as all they really do is create imprints and bulges on the outside of your stomach, which he is firmly trapped inside.
You contemplate letting him out; you could get in trouble with the law if you digest him, but you could also get in trouble with the law either way, and he may come back for retribution if allowed outside your belly.
You have to make your decision quick, however; your groaning, gurgling stomach seems almost ready to finish him off.
