Chapter #4An irresistible deal by: ItsMe "How in the world are you going to be able to bring me two micen?"
The mouse looked slightly relieved that you are considering his idea. "If I can get some peanut butter and a cracker out from the bag, I can set a trap that'd look like a micen dropped it. If we're lucky I can catch more than one at a time. Come on, you don't to eat a bag of stale food when you can have a nice juicy micen, right?"
You poke up his body and stop at his neck. "Deal. You have one hour." You roll to your side, let go of him and he scurries away. You sit a few moments and suddenly it popped in your head. That little shit didn't take anything from the bag, he duped you! "Get back here!" You snarled and smack the wall.
You sigh and pick up the bag. No peanut butter or crackers at all, just some stale meat. You pull out a piece and take a bite, it was rough and your teeth ached. You sit back against the wall and bow your head feeling betrayed, but at least you have some food, right? After a few moments and chewing on chicken and thinking, you can't really blame the guy. He was on the verge of being eaten, his plan didn't really come out well either.
"Um, miss Jackie," You looked down and noticed a female micen standing at the arch of the kitchen. She was normal brown fur and hair. "I didn't mean to intrude, but I noticed that you let him go. I saw from the counter. Then I heard you calling him back. I came over to see what happened."
A smirk crawled on your face. The micens mixed emotion to the situation might just be her death. You motion your finger for her to step closer, before pulling out a scrap of chicken. The micen takes it and sits next to your leg before thanking you for the food. You mutter "I was hungry, so I was going to try and eat him. He er.. tricked me." The micens face was almost priceless, can't decide whether to frown or laugh, she hid it behind her scrap of meat. She then looked confused, worried even. "Wait, why would you offer me food if you're hungry?" You look at her from the corner of your eye, and the gleaming made the mouse uncomfortable. "Don't look at me like that, it's scaring me." You reach behind the micen and scratch her ears gently, comforting her albeit only a little. "May I go home?"
You pick her up from her arms and set her on your out stretched tongue, reeling her into your mouth before she can react too much. | Members who added to this interactive story also contributed to these: |
