In fact, that ability might be interesting to have. If the manual was right, performing a life swap not any gave you their life, but also any abilities required to live that life. So if you did a life swap on Lucario, you'd get his aura abilities, but you'd probably have to try a few other things so that you'd still be dating Zelda. Zelda was an amazing girl and you'd be crazy to trade her away for Lucario's abilities. Alternatively, Lucario was a Pokemon instead of a human. it would certainly interesting to feel what it would be like to be him even without his abilities, so a body swap seemed like a good choice.
