This choice: Keep the dress, it might be interesting. • Go Back... As Peach walks away, you decide to let her keep your clothes for now. The point of this exercise was to test if and how the remote worked, so you felt like if you reversed the swap right away it'd be sort of cheating. Allowing Peach to walk away, you head over to your room to put the manual somewhere safe, noting that you somehow knew exactly how to walk in Peach's heels. After putting the manual on your highest shelf where Toon Link couldn't reach it, you think about where you want to go next. Remembering that you were heading to the gym before you found this remote, you decide to head over there and test out how well you can fight without any weapons (although you did see Peach's umbrella, frying pan, and golf club back in your room). Perhaps you'd even find someone else who could test one of the other buttons on, although you weren't committing yourself to swapping with the first person you saw like you had with Peach. Speaking of Peach, you were beginning to like the feel of her clothes. They felt very different from your old tunic, but after only a little time wearing it, your were feeling almost as comfortable in it as you did in your old clothes. Perhaps that was the influence of the remote giving you the skills you needed for the clothes though.
Before you leave, you head into the bathroom to see exactly how you look. Checking the full length mirror on the back of the door, you had to admit you looked a little ridiculous. While the dress and the rest of the outfit had made Peach look cute, it looked rather weird on your male body. The top had been stretched to fit your wider, flatter chest, and the skirt lengthened so that it would reach the ground even with your added height. Interestingly, you thought the makeup would have been the strangest part about the outfit, but it actually didn't look too bad, and made your face look a bit feminine. Speaking of the makeup, you notice all of Peach's makeup supplies are around the sink, and you instinctively start to touch up your makeup, just as Peach might have. Once you are satisfied with how it looks, laughing a little at how odd this situation is, you leave your room and head to the gym.
You find the gym to be deserted, and you didn't run into anyone else on the way there, so for now executing more swaps was out of the question. You are about to put the remote away in a pocket or bag, before you realise that with Peach's clothes, you no longer have any. You can't exactly go hitting a sandbag while you have the remote in your hand. That would have the risk of accidentally breaking it, and even though you were currently enjoying Peach's clothing, you weren't sure you wanted to be stuck with it for the rest of your life, and miss out on the opportunity for more swaps. Since no one was around, you could always leave it on a bench next to the sandbag. That'd be easier, but if you wanted to be completely sure that no one saw it and it didn't go missing, putting it in your gym locker would be the safer option.
