The ruby Horse bracelet is a silver bracelet that has a ruby gem on it with an image of a horse engraved onto the ruby. It was meant to be able to gather a number of warriors together and power up the summoned people, so the group would be able to defeat anyone with Mystic Monkey powers via sheer numbers. The Ruby Horse Bracelet wasn't meant to be worn by someone with Mystic Monkey powers, though. So this means the people who are drawn to Ron will only be women and have a bit of a personality shift, but still have their abilities magically boosted up.
Either way, the result is the same. Ron attracts all the women that he meets/encounters, soon a harem is formed, and then they dominate him sexually(except for times that he gains the will to dominate them. Hey brief moments of turning the tables can be fun)
