While Urd was Urd, she wasn't Urd as in the sense that you knew her in. Unknown to you, Urd was mentally being controlled by the unseen Hild. Like a shadow attached to a body, Hild was suspended in a second dimension floating behind Urd. As the die landed you heard a girl gasp from behind you at the top of the stairs.
