It was typical on their Christian community to wear dresses for the girls and tuxedos for the males.
So like every Sunday morning Kelly dressed herself in one of her mother’s dresses, she got as a heritage or leftover. She loved this dress, because it was fashionable and her size, but the most important fact of course was that is belonged to her mother before. She bought it on a common shopping tour only a couple of days before she passed away. Kelly guesses that things like that her father will never ever understand, for sure since he has no clue about how to be a teenage girl….So today while being in church she made her wish to God that her Dad could understand better how to be a teenage girl…
The priest in today’s divine service spoke about balance of love, meaning you wish to get something from another person you also have to give and Jesus proposal was to give first and also give more then the other one would expect or need. Kelly thinks again about her wish and prayed again and added I also would like to know how it is to be him, a windowed and hardworking and a caring father…
