After a great deal of effort and energy the God of Death managed to purge the invading force of Naruko’s body. He couldn't do anything about the power only the mind behind it, so Naruko was freed from the mental hold of the ring, which melted and was absorbed by her skin, and no longer had the urge to just fuck others and spread the curse.

Because of that Naruko remained a futanari, but she changed further. In an effort to both survive and spread its influence the ring tried to corrupt anything that was remotely connected with Naruko’s chakra, so it reached all the way to the progenitor of chakra.

A third eye appeared on Naruko’s forehead with the Rinnen Sharingan and her normal eye became the Byakugan. After the transformation was done she passed out, with the third eye closing and her Byakugan turning back into her normal blue eyes. Luckily she managed to get inside before the transformation started and fell on her bed, good thing she has a few days off.

While she slept she absorbed the memories of her ancestors and past lives, she even absorbed the chakra left behind by her parents, but the most profound effect was a deep connection to Kyūbi.
