Batman had no idea how long he had been out for when he woke up. He was laying on the floor and seemed to be mostly fine, except for the pain in his jaw and a massive headache. He wasn't bound in any way, and no further damage had been done to his body. However, his utility belt was gone. Typical villain thing to do really.
Looking around the room, it was fairly normal looking. There was a couch against the wall, a couple dingy looking recliners, and a coffee table. Besides the furniture, the room just had some boxes in the corner, and a few coats on a coat rack. There was nobody in the room and he didn't hear any voices outside the door.
Batman figured he would try to get in touch with Alfred and see if he knew anything. Maybe he could send some backup. Unfortunately, when he tried to contact him, his signal was being jammed. "Looks like I'm alone on this one," he said to himself. Just then, the door opened up.
"Nah, you ain't alone Batsy. You got me."
He definitely knew that voice. He turned around and it was confirmed. There standing in the doorway, was a very big Harley Quinn. He figured she might be involved in this somehow. "You know you won't beat me don't you," he said, "you're just Joker's lackey." Harley stared at him for a moment, before she bust out laughing.
"Mister J is in charge, yeah, but you put him away again. I'm tired of you getting between us Batsy, so I'm gonna take care of you myself. Then, when I'm done with ya, I'll go bust my puddin' out and let him have his fun with you." Batman was a little shocked. This was the first time he had seen Harley be so capable alone.
"My only question is, should I deal with you alone? Or should I bring some of my guys and gals in to help?"
