Well you might be a unborn baby in the womb of a sexy girl now but you still remembers what it's like to be a guy, one with pregnancy fetish at that.
“You can make any wish a reality so long it’s centered around pregnancy?” you asked Alisa.
“Indeed I can but only if I have enough power, which will build up over time and with more wishes granted,” said Alisa.
“Can you change history so that no one notices any change I make?” you asked.
“For now, only if the change is small,” said Alisa.
“Ok, make sure she won’t go into labor unless I wish for it,” you said.
“Done, in the future be careful how you phrase your wishes,” said Alisa.
“Good, now if you don’t mind I am going to take a nap, for some reason I feel sleepy,” you said.
“Well, you are a fetus so it makes sense that you spend half of your time sleeping,” said Alisa.
“Ok see you later,” you said as you drifted into a very pleasant dream…
