You weren't sure if it was the stench of nasty feet or the pangs of hunger you felt, but you finally woke up from your shoe induced dream. Wiping the dried sweat from your eyes, you peer around the room. It seemed to be a massive bedroom, indicated by the massive bed in front of you. Behind you was a closet of shoes (shudder), and on the other side of the room, across the bed, was a door. Other than a small area of tile where the shoes were placed and where you were sitting, the floor had a inch tall layer of white carpet.
You want to stay in here and look for a way to get your teacher's attention, but the growling in your stomach is too much. With a sigh you start your trek across the floor. While passing under the bed, you realize how amazing it is that you're still alive. You had been swinging over Ms. B's crotch, had been squeezed by her clenched fist and had been ground under her sole, and had nary a bruise to show. As you emerged from the other side of the room, you stopped. Maybe you didn't need to get someone's attention to survive in this new life. Maybe, just maybe, life will be better this way. Remember, you chose to eat the apple because you wanted an adventure, and to be fair, it's what you were getting.
"This magic's keeping me alive... But is it driving me crazy?" As you peer into the distance, you finally get a chance to take a good look at the bed and realize that it was occupied. If you still wanted a chance to get some attention, you could climb the bed and see where it takes you. If not...
