Max is a little older, and loads bigger.

"Bye Mom, bye Dad!" Max waved to his parents goodbye, and so did his sister May; Max had turned ten, though he was still short for his age, but that wasn't what mattered, what mattered was that he was on his Pokemon journey at long last!

"Don't you worry Max, your Big Sister May is going to guide you to victory!" May said as they walked along, her enormous breasts wobbling with every hip shaking step she took; people had thought she'd been busty when she'd started her journey, but the years had been really, really, really generous to her since then, and by all appearances that generosity was far from spent.
