She finds one of her friends to help her.

Sara walks around the fair looking for her friend Lisa. She knows Lisa is always down for helping her stage a good wardrobe malfunction. And Sara dressed for the occasion. She made it look like she just came straight from the gym in her favorite red gym shorts (because they were two sizes too big and would constantly fall down), with a black thong underneath, and a white tanktop. She finally found Lisa after walking the fair for a while and constantly battling her shorts slipping halfway down her butt. Unfortunately they never fully dropped though, but she was hoping Lisa could help with that. She whispered a plan to Lisa and her eyes lit up with excitement.
"Of course I'll do it" says Lisa
"Just try to still surprise me when you do it so I can at least pretend to be embarrasse" Sara responds

So Sara goes up to the booth where you throw darts at baloons and pays the man for 3 darts. Shes excited for the whats about to happen next but kinda surprised Lisa hasnt struck yet. She throws the first two darts and misses because shes so excited. She looks around and doesnt see Lisa anywhere though and starts to think she bailed on the plan. "Whatever" Sara thinks, "I can always make it happen myself if she doesnt follow through". So she throws the final dart and hits the baloon. "Yay!!" Sara screams while throwing her hands above her head jumping up and down (and gathering a small crowd)
"At least I won a prize if im not gonna have fun the way I wanted to".

Just then when she thinks Lisa left her hanging...
