How about when Sakura hit puberty she is becoming more womanly but also begin grow and grow big....not just big but noticeably bigger than everyone else.



The second idea is that Sakura was born as a giant. I mean Nadeshiko Kinomoto (mother of Sakura) thought she might have twins or triplets because her stomach grew so big and round
.
Doctors and Sakura's parents were speechless and awestruck by the surprise huge (pun intended 😉) when Nadeshiko gave birth a healthy baby girl who is as big two or three normal sized babies.
