Silver was part of a long generation of magical surrogates dating back to BC. They had traveled through many lands and time periods. But they soon vanished through the course of time unknowingly remained hidden in the modern day era. Their abilities had been abused by greed and lust for they had the ability to transfer and give pregnancies to woman both barren and fertile.
Fast forward to the modern day, Silver was a part of the long line of magical surrogates hidden. Though Silver at first denied that she wanted to be the next successor and preferred her older sister Serena to take the helm as she was more interested in books and studying than carrying unborn children. But alas her mother and grandmother had somehow transferred the power to Silver when she was dead tired from school.
Silver was distraught at first but seeing it was only meant to be used in a small circle of people and that she get paid for it unlike her ancestors that were abused by tyrants. Silver gave in but always did her best to avoid using it.
The college was nearby their house so she didn't need a dorm or apartment. The pay she would get was good enough even though she was a scholar. Silver reached home.
"Mom! I'm home!" Silver yelled as her mom was in the kitchen, cooking with her mother (Silver's grandmother) Sheila.
Silver had an older sister Serena who was an attorney for the city they lived in. She also had two twin brothers, Shawn and Steven who were 10 years old. They all had blue eyes except Silver's that was green. Similar black hair though Serena cut hers Bob cut and her twin brothers did a spikey hair due.
"Oh hey honey! How's school?" Her mom Sienna asked.
"Okay I guess. I'm just glad prelims were over." Silver answered. Happy that it was over. "I can go back to reading books and study my lessons!"
