It seems that the headhunter expected you to try something like that, as he intentionally aimed very low. You felt Linda's confused head come loose in your hands, causing her to yelp in surprise. You realize that trying to save Linda's body would risk both of you losing your heads, so you make a judgment call. You kick Linda square in the stomach, her head retching at the impact and her body slamming into the surprised headhunter with enough force to knock him off balance.
"He's in the house! We have to go!" You shout, causing Jane and Ramona to look up in alarm. Seeing you run for the door carrying what was left of Linda causes both of them to run after you without question. The three of you run for a little under ten minutes, never catching sight of the headhunter, before Ramona begs you all to take a break. You come to rest in a small clearing near the lake, the fading sun reflecting off the lake and illuminating the area.
"So... What... Happened?" Ramona panted out, readjusting her glasses as she slumped onto a tree stump.
"The headhunter snuck in through the window in the bathroom. He snuck up on Linda, but I was able to save her head." You look down at Linda and say "Speaking of which, sorry for not trying to save your body, I just didn't think we had the time."
"Trust me, I'm fine." Linda responds in a slightly muffled voice. It was just then that you noticed that while you were running you had Linda's head firmly pressed to your chest and she was enjoying the view. You scoff and toss Linda's Head away. Ramona barely catches it, but loses her balance while diving for it and quickly tosses Linda's laughing head away. Jane catches it by the long hair, her head swinging back and forth on her momentum. "Well, that was a fun flight!" Linda said, causing you all to laugh.
