Both Mila's parents were victim of a weird magic accident. For the terrible mistake of a beginner magician, what should have been a normal trick turned out into a disaster. Both her heads have disappeared, leaving a smooth surface between their shoulder blades. Now sustained by the vital energy of the magician himself, he has to eat three times as much food to sustain all their bodies. The vital energy goes to them no matter how far they are from the wizard. They have a generic sense of their surroundings, like a short sight, which precludes them from operating vehicles but otherwise guarantees them a pretty normal life
