You decide to use the raft, so you get all supplies you can find (mostly coconuts and bananas) and set out exploring. As soon as you start rounding the Island you thought it may have been a bad idea. Cliffs are everywhere and going close to them would surely mean death.
You keep rowing further south, trying to find another beach. It soon starts to get colder and colder and you notice chunks of ice floating in the ocean with you. It begins to get unbearably cold so you decide to set your raft on a section of rocky, snow colored shore.
The southern part of the island is a lot like the tundra of Archipelagos. You worry about it being a huge mistake to land there when you see three signs of civilization on from your spot on the beach.
One of them is an impressive castle-like tower, the gates are so big that you could even seen them from your distance.
The other has a normal sized igloo. That part of the beach has several antennas, satellite dishes, and other research equipment so you guess it's a research station of some kind. Maybe the scientist could give you refuge. Hopefully it's not a restricted military zone.
The last one is several pillars of smoke rising in the distance. Judging from their patterns, you guess they may be fires from a nearby village. Which area do you want to try?
