She is a very cute Asian girl, with medium-long black hair. Part of her neck (about 20%) is still attached to her head, the underside being smooth skin.
"Hello..." you say awkwardly, still not able to understand what's going on here.
"My name's Amy. I heard you moved in and thought you seemed nice, so how about we spend some time together I thought." she says all with her cute smile.
"Uhh, yeah. I'm <name>" you say, "Um, what are you doing and how?"
"Oh, yeah. I forget how odd that must seem. A weird thing about this city area is the residents' ability to detach their heads. My friend went to school with you and told me a lot about you. I figured I'd package myself up and go through the mail for a little surprise."
"We haven't even really met, and you're interested in me?" you ask still holding her.
"Well, I don't know yet, but from what I've heard I think we'll get along." she reassures you with another smile.
"You said all residents can do this?" you ask inspecting her disembodied head.
"Yep, even you can" she says not minding your curiosity of her bodilessness.
