"Hey Andrew" you heard your friend Emily call as you walked into school.
You turned to see her catching up to you, Emily was pretty much your only friend, since Middle school, when you by chance sat next to each other and began talking about games and books you were both into.
You weren't popular, but at least you weren't bullied. Emily was the opposite, she had a wide range of friends, some close some not as close but none of them were friends with you.
you and Emily talked for a bit before you each had to go to class.
The day went by uneventfully until last period which you had with Emily.
when class was wrapping up you and Emily got to talking again.
"So me and some of the girls were talking, and they want to get to know you more, apparently I talk about you alot, Rebecca thinks you have a lot of potential.
Rebecca was almost head cheerleader and never seemed to give you the time of day. "uhh Ok, sooo they want to hang out or something?"
"Yeah we were hanging out at my house after school, you should come"
