Monica makes the only suggestion she can; Linda and Lee.
It makes perfect sense. Linda is Monica's best friend, and you've been close to Lee forever. Sure, you and Linda have a bit of an adversarial relationship, but that's mainly because you and Lee spent so much time teasing her in the past. Really she's like a sister to you, far closer to you than your step-sisters.
It only takes about a half an hour for your two friends to show up, and by the time Linda and Lee arrive, you're feeling pretty strong again. You're sure that when Linda and Lee believe in you the power will start rolling in. Or at least stop incapacitating you upon every use.
"So I got a wish and I wished to be god. And when I woke up, I teleported myself here!" you explain, telling Lee and Linda about your wish and it's results. Unfortunately, if you expected them to suddenly believe your outlandish tale, you're sorely mistaken.
"It's true," exclaims Monica, who is a bit desperate to have new followers join her. And from the looks on Linda and Lee's faces, that probably won't happen any time soon.
You know what you'll have to do. If you demonstrate your powers somehow, they'll have to belief. Since you're feeling better, you know you can try to make something happen. But not teleportation. You already know that moving knocks you on your ass. You'll try something new, something flashy to prove to Linda and Lee that you are the new Lord Almighty. But what to do?
