You walk across the room and stop near the mirror. In fact, the body is the one who do all the job, your head just observes its actions. So, you stop near the mirror and there you can see yourself. The view is so ordinary, that a sudden witness would never guess something is not as usual.
Your hands move up and touch your face. Then the comb is picked up and your body starts to brush your hair. It feels strange. You cannot control the body actions, but you catch some trace of its perception, a faint echo of its sensetive experience.
"I can feel you", you say. "Like through a dozen of barriers, but I can".
For a few seconds your body stands motionless, then moves to the table where a paper with a pen was left.
"I thought I could communicate with you via telepathy" - you read. "But it seems that it's not an option".
"Guess so, only good old written messages", you say, smirking. You turn around and pick the sword from the table. You finger slips to the button at the sword's hilt.
"Yes, one option we still have", you say. "But I guess you are not interested in ending your existence like this".
The body gives you a thumbs up.
"Actually" - read you as it writes a new message - "it is not confirmed that my consiousness is a new one. What if a split had occured?"
"And we are both original?" - you add.
"... both original. And will we always stay in this mode? Forever? Nonsense!"
"What a wise body I got" - you say with a smile. "You have hands, anyway. The action is your privelege".
"So it will be done. You are a fine head, I must add. Viva la quantum multiverse! Goodbye"
Finishing read this you realize, that you are whole again.

With sadness you understand that you cannot recall being a body - only your bodyless head experience. Does it mean that the body's story is over? Maybe the experiment must go on for the honor of this sacrifice?
