The civilian population of Konoha hated Naruto. They despised him as the demon brat. Those who ran the orphanage rarely ensured he had a proper meal and were quick to discipline. Eventually Naruto was removed from the orphanage and given his own apartment. Naruto's life was a sad one. He was given money but almost no one actually sold food to him. Or clothes. No one would play with him or even talk with him. When he tried to play with other kids, parents would hastily intervene and take their children away warning them that Naruto was bad and to stay away.
It was all very depressing for Naruto but his suffering was about to get far worse.
A group of women had noticed the demon brat was alone. The Hokage would look in on the monster from time to time but he had other pressing issues to concern himself with. If they could strike at the boy while he was alone and defenseless they could punish him for what the nine tailed fox had done to their village. Most of them had lost family or friends and it was payback time.
One woman cautioned the group, "If we kill the boy their will be an investigation and we will be in trouble with the Hokage." The other women murmured, yes that was a danger but surely the village would praise them for their actions. Still it was a risk... what do they decide to do?
