Tsunade

Tsunade had come back to the leaf to deliver naruto. But she and her student shinzune had arrived to find the nine tales destroying the village. Tsunade went to fight the beast while her student helped evacuate the civilians. But during the battle, both shinzune and the third hokage were crushed by the nine tales before it was sealed away. Tsunade had become the 5 homage and has waited for naruto to be old enough to punish him. How does tsunade punish him.
