The undersized one-piece loaner swimsuit

The suit has much to small for her body. It was dry but it's size had pushed down on what little breasts she had and made her flat chested. She squirmed and moved but she knew that eventually she would have to pee. And the itching powder really didn't help. The girls that had did it surely had coated the thing thickly. Her body felt like it was constantly having to fight back the urge to itch. She knew that if she did it would just get worse.
And the girls must have really coated the underside. Her bottom felt so itchy. And as she squirmed Jessica rubbed the itching powder that was on her crotch. At first she felt relief but then she had realized! She had gotten itching powder even deeper in the suit. And the whole suit was another matter.
Jessica hated the thing. It flatted out her butt and the tightness of it got to her. She saw how it made her body look like a girl who hadn't even reached puberty. And worse yet the thing only made the itching worse. All over Jessica squirmed and felt the itching getting to her. Eventually her will broke and she started scratching all over. Relief quickly came but as Jessica scratched the suit got even more itchy. Jessica started scratching like crazy and as she looked around she saw Mrs. Mathews had seen her doing it. Her bladder almost full Jessica heard her say something.
"Young lady your swimsuit is falling down on your body. Here let me help." The women said in a kind tone.
Jessica had no idea what the women was talking about. If anything the suit was going up her body. But the women grabbed the back of the suit it the butt area and pulled it back. The thing snapped back and made the itching even worse then before.
"There. Now you can stay modest for 30 minute trip back." The women said.
Jessica wiggled and turned but the itching powder was terrible. Jessica...
