If the rest of your body wasn't turned into cheesecake, you'd be yelling at Mary, trying to keep her from having you for dessert. She had eaten you before, though not on purpose (though you did let her use you as chewing gum when you went to the movies to avoid paying for your ticket). As much as you hated to admit it, you had seen the inside of your girlfriend's belly several times as a result of Gary's pranks, as well as a couple of Mary's now-former friends. You were usually able to reform in time for her to get you out, but there were a few times that you had been forced to go out the natural way.
In her depression, as most people are want to do, she had made quick work of the slice of dessert, not knowing that she had eaten a piece of her boyfriend with it. She started to cut another slice, but pushed her plate aside and started eating the entire thing! You mentally whined as you felt the cold fork dig into your dessert body, piece by piece.
"Uh, hey, sis. You gonna leave any for us?", Gary asked his twin as he tried to sneak a little bite of your cheesecake body. As soon as Mary saw this, she jabbed her fork into his hand and went back to eating the delicious cheesecake before her. "Augh! What the heck?!"
Mary payed him no mind, continuing to hungrily consume every bit of you, not caring how chewy the dessert was. Before long, you felt her scoop up the bit that contained your consciousness. You could feel her teeth mash you up and pulverize your body as her saliva mixed in with your dessert body before gulping you down, the rest of your body soon following.
Before long, your entire body was stuffed inside Mary's belly, her normally flat tummy now bulging out a couple inches as a result of her large dessert. "I'll be in my room...", she said as she walked off, her normally cheerful demeanor gone as a result of what she perceived to be your fate.
"Hey, no fair!", Gary yelled. "You gotta come back here and clean up, too!"
"Gary, your sister is very upset right now, so we're just going to have to pick up the slack and help her through this", Tina told her son. "Unless there's something you'd like to tell me?" The twin's mom could never really tell when Gary was pranking you. Sometimes when you came over, he'd simply ignore you or try to get along with you (though, it was usually only to get you to help him with his homework). But most other times, you'd wind up as lotion or a seat cushion for his mom or sister, or he'd pound you into jelly. He usually got away with it, though, as he'd threaten to do worse to you if you told.
"N-no, mom. I guess you're right", he said as he started washing dishes, hiding a snicker from his mom as he thought about you gurgling away in his sister's belly.

Your world shook as Mary fell belly-first on her bed, squishing you tightly inside her stomach. You could barely make out what she was saying, as you gurgled away, but she sounded sad. First the party she was so excited for was canceled, and now she believed that she had done something horrible to her boyfriend. You felt bad for her. You wish you could get out of here and help her feel better, or at least let her know you're alright. You decided to focus all your concentration on reforming, at least for a little bit. But you were so well mixed into the cheesecake, that you weren't sure you were going to be able to reform before her stomach acids take effect. As much as you loved her and how cute she was, you didn't want to risk going through her digestive system again.
