Naruto struggled on his journey back with Kakashi, his bladder growing weaker and the sheer amount of padding making travel difficult. Suddenly stopping Kakashi reached out his arm on which a bird perched. Kakashi recovered a message from the bird as it flew back to its sender, Kakashi read the message and then destroyed it, turning to Naruto. "Sorry Naruto I have been issued another mission, this has to be put on hold, return to Konoha but do not give the suit to the Hokage until I return, understood?", Naruto whined "Yes Sensei...".
Kakashi made haste and vanished into the woodlands quickly as Naruto continued alone. Not long afterwards Naruto made it back to Konoha and quickly check in at the gates, noticing he was attracting attention with his obvious diaper he made it back to his apartment as soon as possible. Naruto breathed a sigh of relief as he made it to safety in his apartment, removing all of his clothes save the suit.
Naruto rushed to his bathroom, tensing his bladder as hard as he could. Realising he couldn't use the toilet in his condition the flood gates burst and Naruto fully wet the diaper until he could wet no more. The diaper took its time absorbing the pee as Naruto could feel it slosh around in his diaper, urgency met him however as Naruto could feel his stomach rumbling.
