80's cartoon TMNT

It was the early 90s and as you were preparing to watch another episode of TMNT on TV the television froze and all of a sudden you were pulled into it landing on the ground softly you realized that not only were you in a animated version of the Big Apple but that you shrunk to a mere three feet and was completely surrounded by giant goons wielding weapons of all sorts "Hey look it's a tiny shrimpy kid really puny and teensy tiny let's make mincemeat out of him!" You pleaded "Please don't hurt me I'm just a kid!" But they refuse and advance on you making the ground shake like crazy and right in the nick of time a huge shadow appears over you but who is it?
