Capo under The Boss and head of the response division;Contra makes sure that nobody brings in too much of a force into The Boss's city. Contra, real name: Allen Goldsmith, is the only, or one of the only, non-powered Capo's of The Boss. Relying mostly on his weaponry that he mods and controls. Contra currently having a "Cold War" of a sorts with Otto Bot, seeing whose weapons can take down the other. No word on what The Boss has on that situation.

Appearance Wise; Contra appears to be a man wearing a helmet painted with eyes, his jaws is exposed. The helmet helps to focus his weaponry and see other spectrum. The rest of his outfit is colored faded orange, with various weapon holds on it. Usually seen carrying some new form of gadget and weapon.
